Fixed Price Home Buyer Surveys Terms

*Subject to clear access to the drainage system via manholes, inspection chambers, rodding eyes etc.. Does not include excavating / cutting drains for access.

Properties with more than 3 bedrooms will be quoted separately.

Mass roots. Again, probably growing through a failed cement joint
Slightly misaligned or offset joint in a clay drain. This may not necessary leak. These are typical in salt glazed clay pipes with spigot and socket joints.
Medium offset or misaligned joint in a clay drain. Classed as such as the full thickness of the pipe is visible. Being this misaligned the joint is will probably to leak. The fact that it is so misaligned may indicate the pipe has dropped.
Large offset or misaligned joint in a clay drain. Being this badly misaligned the joint will almost certainly have failed and will leak. The pipe has moved or dropped creating this misalignment
